When I first found this … garment, I wasn’t quite sure what it was.
Not a dress – as it is almost totally sheer, not quite a tunic – as it’s gathered at the waist, and it’s not just a shirt either. Dare I say this might be the top half of a leisure suit? Regardless of not having a specific definition, it’s now my favorite thing to wear when the weather is a little chilly, but I don’t want to wear jeans.

Since it's not quite a dress or a shirt and it's sheer…..possibly a swimsuit cover-up??? Either way, it's super cute & I'm loving the boots!
